Guidelines for Campus Housing

• This year, Ludwig cafeteria is undergoing renovations.  Therefore, Olivet is unable to provide food for our camp. 
• Housing will be in campus apartments located about 1/2 mile from Larsen.
• Check-in time is at 4:00 P.M. on July 14th and check-out is before noon on July 18th.  There will be a $10 key deposit required at check-in.  
• Linens, pillows, and towels will be provided.
• All apartments will be equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and stove.  Families and teens may bring a microwave and food.
• Special needs must be made known in advance.
• Olivet Nazarene University is a smoke-free environment.  No smoking is allowed on campus.

Cost for Campus Family Housing:
$90 - ages 13 and up.
$45 -  children 12 and under

     Family housing fees include housing for Monday * Thursday nights
Out-of-town families may stay in a room Sunday night for $25 per adult and
$13  per child.  If you would prefer a hotel, contact us for more information and
special rates.

Cost for Teen Housing, Meals and Fees:
$200  - ages 13 and up.
Teen fees include housing for Monday - Thursday nights, lunches and
dinners beginning with Monday dinner and ending with Thursday dinner.
This fee also helps offset the cost of a teen counselor.    Breakfasts will not be
provided, so teens should bring their own provisions.  Teens should also bring
adequate spending money for evening activities (approx. $40).

Teenagers staying with their families
Teens who are staying with their parents and wish to participate in the teen activities
will pay an additional $20.
